JOB TITLE: Domestic Violence & Abuse (DVA) Triage Worker
SALARY: £19,500 pro rata
Hours of Work: 22.5 Hours per week (3 days) (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Annual leave: 22 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (subject to continuation funding)
Responsible to Fylde Coast Women’s Aid Board of Trustees through the Service Manager
Fylde Coast Women’s Aid are advertising for a Domestic Violence and Abuse triage worker to work alongside an established IDVA team.
The successful candidate will become part of an existing team of workers that provide a high-quality service to victims and survivors of DVA. The role will include
- Triage referrals in a timely and appropriate manner ensuring that clients are signposted to the service
- Input referrals into the FCWA data management system
- Provide crisis intervention service through individual safety planning and personal support.

Previous experience of directly supporting vulnerable adults and an understanding of the dynamics of domestic and sexual abuse is essential.
