Hours: 18 per week (Over 3 days)
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 (pro rata) depending on experience
We are looking for someone who is organised with a flexible approach to work in our busy office to help ensure that all of the services run efficiently, be a team player with the ability to work independently. Previous experience in an office based environment would be an advantage. The Finance Officer will be responsible for providing high quality support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the finance function within the organisation.
You will be responsible for all purchase ledger transactions, preparing invoices, preparing payments, approve and deal with finance queries, reconcile accounts, undertake general finance administration and other ad hoc duties.
Working knowledge of SAGE Accounts essential.
