The helpline is run by a team of fully-trained staff and volunteers who are available to listen, to offer advice and to support you.
If you are looking for refuge space or would like support from our outreach or IDVA service, we can complete a referral over the phone. We can also signpost you to other relevant support services.
Our helpline is available seven days a week:
Monday- Sunday: 9.30am – 10.30pm
If you call out of hours, you can leave a message and someone will call you back if you state that it is safe to do so.
